All our sorbets are dairy-free and gluten-free. All our ice creams are gluten-free, except for our Apple Pie ice cream, which contains gluten in the ginger nut crumb as well as egg. Our Hazelnut Liqueur ice cream contains hazelnuts, and both the Hazelnut Liqueur and Chocolate Old Fashioned flavours contain egg.

All of our products are completely free from artificial colours, sweeteners, powders, and other nasties — just real ingredients and alcohol for a naturally delicious taste.

Our sorbets and ice creams should be stored in a freezer at -18°C. If you plan to transport them on a party bus or to an event after delivery, we recommend using a portable freezer.

Alcohol content varies across flavours, so please refer to the individual packaging/label for specific details. Each scoop or serving contains less than one standard drink for all flavours.

We offer free delivery. If you are outside our delivery range, please contact us to inquire about the delivery fee.

Our sorbets and ice creams are best enjoyed within three months after purchase, but remain safe to consume for up to six months ensuring they are stored in the freezer at -18°C.

As a small business producing frozen products, we’re only able to deliver within our local area. However, we have several stockists throughout the Hunter region, so you may be able to find one close to you.
